Who can participate?
Anyone between the ages of 14 and 19 with intermediate proficiency in English language is welcome.
Who are the people in charge?
Counselors: Our staff works with the highest professional and ethical standards to provide optimal learning environment for every single participant. They will be at the program site 24/7 to ensure that everyone's needs and safety are met. Participants will form strong a connection with the counselors who are high spirited and deeply caring.
Teachers: All lessons are taught by professional and/or Ontario certified educators with years of teaching and leadership experience. Their expertise in global leadership education are backed by extensive practice in the fields of social development and research. Through needs assessment, our teachers are committed to strengthening each individual's skills / assets in an inclusive and supportive climate.
Where will my child sleep?
Participants will comfortably stay in a room suite with two or three people.
Are flights included in the program fee?
No, flights are not included. Participant must purchase a round-trip airfare to and from Toronto Pearson International Airport. All participants should arrive at the airport on July 28, 2019 and depart on August 12, 2019 to their country of residence. If your child plans to come to Canada before July 28, 2019 or stay after August 12, 2019, please inform us prior to his or her arrival. P.U.L.S.E is responsible for pick up and accommodation only for the duration of the program.
Does my child need a study visa to attend the program?
No, students who come to Canada for a two-week summer program do not require a Study Permit.
Who will be there to receive my child when he/she arrives at the airport?
A P.U.L.S.E representative will greet the participants at Arrivals and escort them to their residence where they will check-in.
How will I know if my child arrived safely at the airport?
P.U.L.S.E will notify parents via email on the day their child arrives safely in Toronto.
What happens if my child has a medical emergency?
We consider your child’s safety as our top priority. In case of a medical emergency, our trained staff will handle it with utmost care and urgency. If necessary, he or she will be taken to the nearest emergency centre. P.U.L.S.E will immediately contact you of any emergencies that arise.

How can I cancel my child’s registration?
You can cancel your child’s registration by email (email@example.com) or phone call (+1 416 299 011).
A $200 registration fee is non-refundable at all times.
If registration is cancelled before April 15th, 2019, a full payment (minus the registration fee) will be refunded.
If registration is cancelled between April 15th, 2019 and June 15th, 2019, 50 percent of the payment (minus the registration fee) will be refunded.
No fees will be refunded after June 15th, 2019.
